BAMX Developments took part in the International Property Show (IPS) 2026, held September 7 to 9 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, marking the 22nd edition of the region's largest real estate event. The developer operated from Stand E-05 in Hall 8, using the platform to present its current and upcoming Dubai projects to visiting buyers and investors.

A developer with decades of delivery behind it

BAMX brings more than 30 years of experience to the UAE market. Across that span, the company says it has delivered over 10 million square metres of projects spread across the UAE, Tajikistan, Austria, Armenia, and other locations. The company is led by founder and chairman Dr Mehdi Kavoosi.

What BAMX presented at IPS 2026

At its stand, BAMX put a spotlight on two residential developments already taking shape in Jumeirah Village Circle. 77 Boulevard is a premium residential project featuring Italian-inspired design alongside smart-home technology, with unit types ranging from studios up to three-bedroom homes. Nearby, 311 Boulevard is positioned as a luxury address, offering residents a rooftop cinema, swimming pools, and outdoor wellness spaces.

Both projects sit within Jumeirah Village Circle, an area that continues to draw attention from Dubai real estate buyers looking for mid- to high-end residential stock outside the city's traditional core districts.

X11 in Dubai South set for October launch

Beyond its JVC portfolio, BAMX used IPS 2026 to draw attention to X11, a new development located in Dubai South. The project is scheduled for its official launch on October 15, 2026, giving prospective buyers and investors a firm date to watch as the developer expands its footprint into one of Dubai's designated growth corridors.

Why IPS matters for Dubai's property sector

IPS has run for 22 editions and is regarded as the Middle East's biggest real estate event, drawing developers and investors from across the region to the Dubai World Trade Centre each year. For a company like BAMX, presence at the show offers direct access to a concentrated pool of buyers evaluating options across Dubai's residential market, from established communities like JVC to newer zones such as Dubai South.

With 77 Boulevard and 311 Boulevard already progressing in Jumeirah Village Circle and X11 due to launch in mid-October, BAMX's IPS 2026 appearance served as a checkpoint on where the developer's UAE pipeline currently stands, and where it is headed next.
