Dior has opened a new Regional Distribution Centre for the Middle East at EZDubai Logistics Hub within Dubai South, giving the luxury brand a dedicated logistics base to manage its growing footprint across the region.
The facility spans 7,200 square metres across two levels and handles inventory management, order fulfilment, boutique replenishment and e-commerce activities for Dior in the UAE. For a brand with a regional retail presence, having these functions consolidated in one Dubai South site points to a tighter, faster supply chain reaching customers and stores across the market.
Sustainability built into the site
The centre has been awarded LEED Gold certification, a marker of its environmental design standards. Dior says it is also rolling out a set of sustainability measures at the facility, including optimising transportation flows, removing single-use plastic from packaging, and increasing its use of sea freight over other transport modes. The brand is additionally deploying electric vehicles for last-mile deliveries in the UAE, extending the sustainability push beyond the warehouse walls and into the final stretch of the delivery chain.
Why Dubai South's location matters
The EZDubai Logistics Hub gives Dior direct access to Jebel Ali Port through a bonded logistics corridor, while also sitting close to Al Maktoum International Airport. That combination of sea and air connectivity is central to why global brands choose Dubai South as a base for regional distribution, allowing goods to move efficiently between international shipping routes and onward delivery across the Middle East.
