Dubai Chambers has launched specialised Agentic AI training tracks for more than 14,000 member companies operating under the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, giving the emirate's private sector a structured path to understanding and applying one of the most talked-about categories of artificial intelligence in day-to-day business.
The training is delivered through Dubai Chambers Academy, a new integrated e-learning platform built to support member companies with practical skills rather than theoretical overviews. It was launched in the presence of H.E. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, H.E. Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, and 90 chairpersons of Business Groups and Business Councils.
The programme was launched under directives from H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.
What the training covers
The Agentic AI tracks focus on practical guidance for applying the technology in business environments, including how companies can explore tools and solutions to improve operations and efficiency. Rather than a general introduction to artificial intelligence, the emphasis is on giving business owners and staff usable knowledge they can apply within their own operations.
Dubai Chambers has also established an Executive Committee for Agentic AI, tasked with accelerating adoption of the technology across the private sector. Alongside the training, the organisation is working on incubators for Agentic AI companies and support for firms specialising in the development and deployment of Agentic AI systems.

H.E. Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori said the shift reflects a broader push from Dubai's leadership to prepare the business community for advanced technology adoption. "The programme to transition the private sector towards Agentic AI reflects Dubai's commitment to advancing the vision of its leadership by preparing the business community to adopt advanced technologies and use them effectively to create sustainable value. This will strengthen companies' competitiveness and their ability to innovate and grow in the economy of the future," he said.
He added that the technology itself is reshaping how companies function. "Agentic AI is opening up new possibilities for the way companies operate. It can help manage complex tasks, enable more effective decision-making, enhance productivity, and create new opportunities for growth. Through these specialised training tracks, we aim to equip the private sector with the capabilities and expertise needed to understand Agentic AI and translate its potential into practical applications."
Who it affects
With more than 14,000 member companies eligible, the initiative reaches a large cross-section of Dubai's business community, spanning the many Business Groups and Business Councils represented at the Academy's launch. For companies operating under the Dubai Chamber of Commerce, the Academy offers a direct route to Agentic AI training without needing to source external programmes, while the Executive Committee and planned incubators point to further support still to come for firms building or adopting the technology.
