The Dubai Women Establishment has partnered with LinkedIn to give 500 selected women entrepreneurs and business owners free access to LinkedIn Learning, offering a structured route to sharpen leadership, digital and entrepreneurial skills at no cost.

The initiative is part of the Emirati Women's Forum 2026, and it targets women already running or building businesses rather than the general public. Selected participants will receive six months of free access, running from September 2026 to March 2027.

What the program covers

The learning content is focused on three areas: leadership, digital skills and entrepreneurship. Participants will be able to draw on LinkedIn Learning's full catalogue, which spans more than 26,000 courses and learning pathways, giving selected women flexibility to focus on whichever skills are most relevant to their businesses.

Who can take part and how

The program is limited to 500 women entrepreneurs and business owners who are selected for participation. Those interested can register through a dedicated LinkedIn platform set up for the initiative, which the Dubai Women Establishment and LinkedIn have created to manage sign-ups tied to the Emirati Women's Forum 2026.

For Dubai and wider UAE readers tracking support for women in business, the partnership adds a concrete, time-bound resource rather than an open-ended offer, with a clear start date and end date attached to the six months of access.

The collaboration links a government-backed institution focused on women's economic participation with a global professional platform's training library, positioning the six-month window as a chance for participants to build capacity around the practical demands of running a business, from leadership decisions to digital tools.
