Emirates NBD has provided a digital revolving credit facility to Cars24 Arabia, backing the used-car platform's expansion across the UAE with a financing tool built for speed rather than paperwork.

The facility allows eligible dealer partners to access, use, repay and top up credit entirely through a digital, API-driven process. Instead of the usual manual loan applications, partners connected to the system get instant loan creation, drawdown and repayment, cutting processing time from days to seconds.

How the facility works for dealers

Eligible partners receive straight-through processing with no manual steps in between. Once a credit line is repaid, the limit refreshes automatically, letting dealers keep cycling capital without renegotiating terms each time they need funds.

For dealer partners, that means working capital is freed up and liquidity stays flexible as they scale operations, rather than being tied up waiting on traditional loan processing.

Part of a wider digital push

The Cars24 Arabia facility fits into Emirates NBD's broader effort to bring digital banking tools to automotive dealers and business partners across the UAE, replacing slower manual credit processes with API-based systems that plug directly into partners' operations.

Hamad Mohamed Zayed, Group Head of Business Banking at Emirates NBD, said the deal reflects the bank's read on Cars24 Arabia's growth path. "This financing facility reflects our confidence in their trajectory and our commitment to delivering tailored digital financing solutions that directly support our clients' growth ambitions," he said.

Zayed added that the structure of the facility was designed with Cars24 Arabia's specific growth pattern in mind. "As a trusted partner, Emirates NBD understands the ambition and disciplined growth trajectory of Cars24 Arabia. Structured with flexibility and foresight, this deal sets a new milestone in our journey," he said.

Why it matters for the UAE market

For Cars24 Arabia, the facility is a direct enabler of its UAE expansion plans, giving its network of dealer partners a financing rail that moves at the same pace as digital retail. For Emirates NBD, it is another marker of its shift toward embedded, API-driven banking products aimed squarely at business partners rather than only individual retail customers.

The arrangement signals how digital banking infrastructure is increasingly being built to match the operational speed that platform businesses like Cars24 Arabia require, particularly in sectors such as used-car retail where dealer cash flow needs can shift quickly.
