Ibtikar Fund has made a seed investment in Churn Solution, an AI-powered customer retention platform built for subscription-based businesses, backing a startup that is trying to solve one of the subscription economy's costliest problems: customers who cancel.

The funding will go toward hiring in sales, marketing, and content, as well as expanding Churn Solution's presence in the MENA region, according to the company.

What Churn Solution does

Founded by Abdulhafeth Salah, Mahdi Washha, and Walaa Kashou, Churn Solution gives subscription businesses real-time visibility into why customers cancel. The platform builds personalized cancellation flows, reactivation flows, and payment-recovery flows designed to keep customers from leaving or to win them back afterward.

Under the hood, the platform uses AI-driven feedback analysis, session recordings, and in-dashboard AI insights to surface patterns in cancellation behavior. A no-code flow builder lets non-technical teams design and adjust these retention experiences without needing developer support.

The company moved quickly out of the gate: it launched its first product within three months of founding and landed its first paying customer shortly after. It now has active paying customers spread across the USA, UK, Italy, India, Morocco, Canada, Saudi Arabia, and Australia.

Why retention matters now

Subscription businesses live or die on retention, and the stakes are only growing. Grand View Research projects the global subscription economy will reach $1.5 trillion by 2033, a scale that puts pressure on companies of every size to hold onto the customers they already have rather than spend heavily to acquire new ones.

Ambar Amleh, Managing Partner at Ibtikar Fund, said the investment reflects that shift. "We are excited to back the Churn Solution team as they tackle one of the most pressing challenges for subscription businesses today. Retention has become a financial imperative for the subscription economy, and Churn Solution's combination of AI-driven insight and no-code flexibility gives businesses of all sizes the tools to act on it."

Abdulhafeth Salah, Co-Founder and CEO of Churn Solution, said the funding lets the company move faster on its roadmap. "This investment allows us to accelerate our product roadmap and expand our reach across new markets. We built Churn Solution to give subscription businesses the same level of retention sophistication that was previously only available to large enterprises, and this partnership with Ibtikar helps us bring that to many more customers."

What comes next

Alongside its MENA expansion and hiring push, Churn Solution is planning integrations with e-commerce platforms, a move that would extend its retention tools beyond software subscriptions into online retail, where recurring purchases and customer churn present similar challenges.

For now, the startup's growth has been built on customers in eight countries spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and Australia, giving it an early international footprint to build on as it scales with Ibtikar Fund's backing.
